for Terra Development's Lake Forest multi-family apartments in the
NE 1/4 of Section 17, anal
WHEREAS, The site plam and landscape plan have been submitted
WHEREAS, A site plan was previously reviewed by the Plan
Commission in August of 1990, and
WHEREAS, This site plan provides additional detail for the
location and type of land.scaping, the location and screen fencing
of dumpsters, the location and size of the entrance sign, and the
revised positioning of the clubhouse, and
WHEREAS, The site plan and landscaping has not significantly
deviated from the original plan approved by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
site plan for Terra Development's Lake Forest multi-family
apartments in the NE 1/4 of Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That detailed plans for the type of
