APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN FOR P & L INSURANCE
S76 W18180 JANESVILLE ROAD
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A site plan and operation description has been
submitted by Mike Plumley requesting approval to operate an
Janesville Road, and
insurance agency on the property addressed as 576 W18180
WHEREAS, There will o'nly be minor interior building
renovations and there will be offstreet parking spaces on the site
for employees, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 8:OO AM to 8 PM,
Monday - Saturday, and
commercial uses under an automatic conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS, The property has been occupied previously with
WHEREAS, This business is compatible with that automatic
grant, but requires building, site and operation plan approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
plans for P & L Insurance Company at 576 W18180 Janesville Road.
