W164 SI127 BAY LANE
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information has been
at W164 SI721 Bay Lane, amd
submitted by Mr. Daley to construct a 12' x 16' storage structure
WHEREAS, The location of the storage structure would meet the
offsets for the RS-2 zone district and the architectural
appearance would be compa.tible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The storage structure is intended to be used for
residential equipment and supplies.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
12' x 16' storage shed at W164 SI721 Bay Lane.
