PCR1991140APPROVAL OF SKETCH LAND DIVISION-TUDOR OAKS RETIREMENT COMMUNITY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 140-91
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to divide the Tudor Oaks
Retirement Community property located in the south one-half of
Section 12, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of this land division is to separate the
retirement community buildings and adjoining area from the
remainder of the property for refinancing purposes, and
approximately 43 acres and 25 acres respectively, and
WHEREAS, The remaining two (2) parcels A & B will contain
which requires under the P.U.D. regulations that the property meet
the density limits of the zone district, and
WHEREAS, The retirement community property is zoned RS-A/OPD
WHEREAS, It would be the Plan Commission's decision to review
any changes to the planned development and recommend to the Common
Council the need for a public hearing, if necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
sketch land division for the Tudor Oaks Retirement Community
located in the south one-half of Section 12.
