IN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 & TOWN OF NORWAY
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A sketch land division map has been submitted by
American Surveying Company, Inc. to subdivide property into
approximately 53 resident.ia1 lots in the SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of
Section 32 in the City of Muskego and Town of Norway in Racine
County, and
WHEREAS, Theyorthern. 50' of property falls within the City of
Muskego's boundaries, and.
Protection will require a subdivision plat to be recorded both in
WHEREAS, The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
Waukesha County and Racine County, and

WHEREAS, The subdi,vider intends to create lots that would meet
the minimum lot requirements within both municipal and county
jurisdiction and also dedicate one-half of the ultimate 80'
right-of-way along Muskego Dam Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
