RESOLUTION #P.C. 138-91
CONTROL COMPANY, INC. IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawings have been
submitted by Safeway Pest. Control Company, Inc. for purposes of
constructing a warehouse on Lot 3 of Block 5 of the Industrial
Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, The building location meets the zoning requirements
of the city's 1-1 zone district, and
WHEREAS, The construction drawings indicated that the south
elevation of the building and a portion of the east building
elevation will have a brick veneer, which meets the requirement
for the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The site plan indicates that there will be spaces for
employees and customer parking within the required setbacks for
such parking.
- THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission aDDrOVe the
Company, Inc.
building, site and construction drawings for Safeway Pest-Control
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the plan for landscaping,
lighting and signage would be required to be reviewed by the Plan
Commission prior to their installation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That weather permitting, the parking
area and driveway be asphalted prior to occupancy; the overhang be
extended across the entire length of the building on the south
elevation.
