PCR1991137APPROVAL OF SKETCH LANE1 DIVISION IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 AND NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15-LYLE POTRYXUS AMENDED RES,OLUTION #P.C. 137-91 WHEREAS, Lyle Potrykus representing Elmer Paepke has submitted a sketch to divide property into two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 and the NW 1/4 of Section 15, and WHEREAS, The property contains approximately 1.6 acres and is zoned RS-2, and WHEREAS, Each of the proposed lots would conform with the RS-2 zoning for lot size and average width, and WHEREAS, There is an existing single-family home on the north one-half of the property, and WHEREAS, The land division will require an additional 10' of roadway dedicated for Lannon Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 and the NW 1/4 of Section 15. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to sewer availability and approval for a road cut for the sewer lateral be given.
