divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 into nine (9)
single-family home sites and two outlots, and
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on May 13, 1991 to
WHEREAS, This property is an unplatted portion of the original
plat for Lakeview Highlands subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The sewer committee has granted nine (9) sewer
extensions on May 16, 1991, and
WHEREAS, The lots meet the RS-1 zone district requirements for
lot size and average width and the outlots will be utilized to
contain the secondary wetlands identified by the DNR, and
WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park E, Plan Commission and
Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection have
reviewed the preliminary plat and have stated no objections to it.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
preliminary plat for Lakeview Highlands Addition #1 in the SW 1/4
to consideration of the objecting agencies and city engineers
of Section 5 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject
concerns and payment of all fees in Section 10 of the land
division ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the property owners be advised
that the city is interested in obtaining the first approval for a
right of way on the property to access the proposed winter
activities area.
