WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted for 23 lots by Don
Miller on July 12, 1991 in the SE 1/4 of Section 16, and
by the Plan Commission in P.C. 105-91, and
WHEREAS, A revised preliminary plat was reviewed and approved
WHEREAS, The submitted final plat has been drawn in
conformance with the revised preliminary plat, and
responded to the plat with the certification of no objection. WHEREAS, Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission has
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
engineer's review, payment of all applicable subdivision fees, and
final plat subject to the remaining objection agencies concerns,
approval of a subdivider's agreement and letter of credit.
