PCR1991133APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 10-BOB KLENZ RESOLUTION #P.C. 133-91 AMENDED division located in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and WHEREAS, Robert Klenz has submitted a sketch for a land two parcels of land, and WHEREAS, This 2.94 acre site is intended to be divided into WHEREAS, These parcels will meet the RS-2 zoning district requirements for minimum average width and lot size, and both of the properties for which a 70' drainage easement will be provided, and WHEREAS, There is an existing creek which meanders throughout WHEREAS, The City Engineers have recommended that a 65' sanitary sewer easement be shown on the easterly proposed lot to allow future extension of a force main, and is on the easterly lot with a section of the easement discontinued to allow for a buildable area of the site. WHEREAS, The applicant indicates the sanitary sewer easement THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 10. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE:D, That a drainage easement be shown on the plat providing for th,e drainage way from Lake Point Estates to the property; the City Engineers are to determine the correct width of the easement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a statement be placed on the the certified survey map stating that the city would not be responsible designated sewer easement. for any required future relocation of the creek within the Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 8-6-91 Defeated Deferred cds
