WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by William E. Paschke,
Jr. requesting the rezoning of approximately 6+ acres from RS-2 to
RSA, and
the property for ten (10) duplexes, each one to be located on a
WHEREAS, This request. is being proposed to allow the use of
lot of at least 20,000 sq. ft., and
WHEREAS, The applicant intends to extend Kelly Drive and Lions
Park Drive and to service these sites with utilities, and
WHEREAS, The duplex use of a portion of this property (Lots
2-7) would provide a good transition between the Willow Pond
Apartments multi-family use and single-family homes on the east,
and
WHEREAS, Lots 1, 8, 9 and 10 would be more compatible for
