PCR1991130APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION SE 1/4 SECTION 17 BY HAROLD DEBACK AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 130-91 WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted by Harold DeBack to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, and four lots, three of the lots having frontages of 100' each on Woods Road and one 3 1/2 ,acre lot with a 31' abutting Woods Road, and WHEREAS, The sketch indicates division of the property into WHEREAS, The property is currently zoned RS-3 with the proposed lots meeting the requirement for that zone district, and WHEREAS, The applicant has intentions of placing duplexes on each of the lots and this would require a rezoning of the property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for Harold DeBack located in the SE 1/4 of Section 17. property being rezoned to a zone district compatible with the proposed use and lot dimensions. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval be subject to the to a RS-3/0PD zoning.
