APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN
FOR MUSXEGO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC FIELD DEVELOPMENT
submitted by Bray Associa.tes, the architects for Muskego High
School, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawings have been
WHEREAS, The plans axe to re-design and install site
improvements which include removal of the existing tennis courts
and construction of a new track and field sports area, practice
football field, new tennis courts, the installation of chain link
fencing around the new tennis courts and field event area and
future soccer playing field, and
WHEREAS, The improvements also include an extension of an
emergency vehicle access to the west side of the existing running
track, and
WHEREAS, The OIP zone district overlay provides that such
improvements be reviewed under building, site and operation plan
approval, and
WHEREAS, These improvements are intended to better utilize the
high school grounds and provide for additional sports facilities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
redesign and installation of the sports facility and improvements
for the Muskego High School.
