WHEREAS, A final plat: was submitted on June 25, 1991 for Lake
Point Estates West subdivision, and
in Resolution #132-91 as Lake Point Estates Addition #1, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat for the subdivision was approved
the final plat, and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County Park and Planning has no objection to
WHEREAS, The city engrineer indicates that Lot 12 will not meet
the zone district requirement for average width of 110'1 and
average width of 105' which could be approved by the Plan
Commission granting a 10% variance, and
WHEREAS, Lot 12 meets the minimum lot size and will have an
a WHEREAS, The Harbor Lane and Harbor Court streets are too
similar with existing Muskego street names.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEDl That the Plan Commission approve the
final plat for Lake Point Estates West subdivision and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to:
receipt of all other fees in Section 10 of the land division
ordinance and compliance with the objecting agencies and City
Engineer's concerns and that the street names be revised as
indicated.
