EIDLER RESOLUTION #P.C. 127-91 S74 W13800 COURTLAND LANE WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawings have been submitted for a second ga.rage structure to be located on the property addressed as S74 W13800 Courtland Lane, and WHEREAS, The property is over 9 acres in size, and WHEREAS, The garage is proposed to be 32' 8" x 33' 9" and to be used for residential storage, and floodplain that meanders through the property, and WHEREAS, The certified survey map indicates that there is a WHEREAS, The size and location of the property meets the zoning district requirements, but the location encroaches into a flood hazard area. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the second garage structure for the property located at S74 W13800 Courtland Lane. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to the garage being relocated to an area indicated on the certified survey map as being 2' above the 100 year flood elevation.
