FACILITY FOR JUDITH R. MASCH OF JUDI'S DAY CARE
APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR THE OPERATION OF A DAY CARE
575 W17301 JANESVILLE ROAD
AMENDED
WHEREAS, An application has been submitted to operate a day

care facility in the former Pick 'n Save Food Store located at S75

WHEREAS, Floor plans have been submitted which indicate that

provide an infant area, eating area, play area, restroom
facilities and an office area, and

WHEREAS, This day care facility will require a State license,
WHEREAS, This property is zoned B-3 which permits day care and
similar operations under a conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS, The only immediate site modification will be to
reseal the driveway and install parking lines in the parking area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
operation of a licensed day care for Judi's Day Care at 574 W17301
Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval for this facility be
subject to the following conditions:
1. That a copy of the required State license to operate the
center be submitted prior to an occupancy permit being granted.
2. That the operation provide day care facilities for a
maximum of 100 children and be limited to the hours of operation
of Monday through Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM.
