THE DOCKING OF A MUSKEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT BOAT IN THE
NE ,& SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9

Project allows for the do,cking of private and semi private boats,
and
WHEREAS, The Develope.r's Agreement between Bay Breeze Condo
WHEREAS, A total of 74 boat slips were to be provided for
private boats and 25 boat slips provided for semi-private boats,
and
docking of the Police Dep,artment boat as a modification in the
WHEREAS, J.C. Development, Inc. has agreed to allow the
Developer's Agreement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
docking of the Police Dep,artment boat at the Bay Breeze Condo
Development.
