WHEREAS, An extraterritorial final plat was submitted on May
Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, The final plat has been submitted to Racine County
final plats, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego must review all extraterritorial
April 2, 1991.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat on
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
recommend approval to the Common Council for a 64 lot subdivision final plat for Golden Bay in Section 12, Town of Waterford and
subject to the submittal of the application fee.
