PCR19911210 APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE 6 OPERATION PLAN AT 583 W20411 JANESVILLE ROAD FOR WALTER BOHRER AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 121-91 WHEREAS, The site plan and elevation drawing has been submitted by Walter Bohrer to allow a mobile diner to be placed on the property addressed as S83 W20411 Janesville Road, and Service Overlay which allows the applicant's proposed use for the property, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned Agricultural with a Hwy. WHEREAS, The site plan indicates that the diner will maintain the offsets and setbacks for the zone district, and WHEREAS, The site plan indicates that there will be sufficient paved customer/employee parking, and WHEREAS, The site plan and elevation drawings indicate the 0 applicant intends to install future landscaping and signage, and WHEREAS, The diner will be relocated to the property and be placed on a permanent foundation. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building, site and operation plan for Walter Bohrer for the property addressed as S83 W20411 Janesville Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to the applicant acquiring access to County "L" from Waukesha County Highway Department in the event he intends to provide a separate entrance for the diner. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of a penalty provision be determined for a bond, letter of credit or financial guarantee to be utilized for the removal of the diner, if necessary. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This is approval is subject to the following: 1- If the County approval is obtained, the site plan would include an entrance off County Trunk "L" or an asphalted service road to the front of the water plant be provided. 2- That the permanent foundation be in place before the diner is brought to the site. 0 3- That landscaping be provided. 4- That signage, lighting be in place prior to occupancy with approval first given by the Plan Commission. 0 5- That the restaurant be restored including the interior within one (1) year starting from the time the building permit is issued, or it would be removed utilizing the applicant's financial guarantee.
