NW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY FOR DANIEL JONES
WHEREAS, An extraterritorial certified survey map for the NW
1/4 of Section 3, Town of Norway for Daniel Jones was submitted on
6/19/91, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division within
their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 3 for Daniel Jones.
