APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OE' SKETCH FOR PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION IN THE
SE 1/4 OF SEXTION 17 FOR TERRA DEVELOPMENT
RESOLUTION #P.C. 117-91
WHEREAS, A sketch has. been submitted to divide property on
Woods, south of Janesville Road into 132 single family lots, and
WHEREAS, It is intend.ed to rezone the property from RS-S/L/W
to RS-P/L/W/OPD to incorporate open space, ponds and a park into
the site design, and
WHEREAS, The majority of the lots are intended to be less than
the RS-2 zone district's minimum size of 20,000 sq. ft., and
WHEREAS, The property contains areas designated as secondary
wetland, secondary environmental corridor, upland wooded area,
floodway and floodplain which may prevent some of the lots from
being developed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve/disapprove the sketch land division for the Plum Creek
Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 17.A
