APPROVAL OF POND FOR MICHAEL NELSON AT W186 S9159 RACINE AVENUE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 115-91
AMENDED
submitted on June 12, 1991 by Mr. Michael Nelson to construct a
WHEREAS, A site plan and cross section drawing has been
pond on property addressed as W186 59159 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, A site plan indicates that the pond will be located
in the western portion of the lot and be used as a
retention/detention facility, and
WHEREAS, The pond will be 4' in depth and designed with tiles
to allow runoff from the pond into existing drain tiles on the
property, and
WHEREAS, The design will include gradually sloping sides which
are intended to be seeded in grass, and
WHEREAS, The pond is not located in a designated wetland area,
and
WHEREAS, The material. from the pond will be spread out onto
the property and seeded with grass.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
pond for Michael Nelson at W186 59159 Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE:D, That the approval is subject to an
erosion control plan being submitted and permit taken out prior to
construction of the pond and subject to the Highway
Superintendent's review on the tile and pond.
