PCR1991114APPROVAL OF SKETCH LAND DIVISION IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 RESOLUTION #P.C. 114-91 PASCHKE & ASSOCIATES AMENDED the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted to divide property in WHEREAS, A site plan indicates a total of 10 lots with a minimum of 20,000 square feet each, and Kelly Drive south and intersect with an extension of Lions Park Drive from the Willow Pond Apartment site, and WHEREAS, The lots are intended to abut onto the extension of WHEREAS, It is intended to utilize the lots for duplexes which would require a rezoning of the property to RSA (attached single family residences), and WHEREAS, Each of the proposed lots would meet the minimum lot area of 10,000 square feet per dwelling unit, and between the Willow Pond multi-family use and the single-family homes on the east. WHEREAS, The use of the property would be a good transition THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch land division for the property in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
