Eiche to create a parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of Section
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted by Doug
10, and
WHEREAS, This property has been approved in sketch form by the
Plan Commission's previous reviews of the building, site plan for
the Lake Ridge Apartment Project (Barker Homes), and
WHEREAS, This parcel has been rezoned RSM/OPD in concept to
allow the multi-family use of the property, and
road dedication for Lannon Drive and the required 30' road
dedication required for the extension of Parkland Drive.
WHEREAS, The certified survey map indicates the required 40'
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for Doug Eiche for property located in the SW
1/4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to
approval by the city engineers, payment of all fees in Section 10
of the Land Division Ordinance and that the full dedication for
Parkland Drive right-of-way be made through the Eiche property
developer's agreement and letter of credit be submitted and
from the south lot line of this parcel to Woods Road, a
approved for the public improvements for this property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to an
additional 10' easement to facilitate the proposed bike
path/walkway.
