WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 11, 1991
to divide property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 14, and
previously approved I lot land division sketch, and
WHEREAS, This land division will create parcels 5, 6 & 7 of a
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been drawn in accordance
with the previously approved sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
division located in the NE 1/4 of Section 14.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval of the certified survey
map is subject to approval from the city engineers, payment of all
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance, approval of a
developer's agreement and letter of credit for the extension of
the roadway and sanitary sewer.
Attorney's approval based upon interpretation of the land division
regulations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to the City
