PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15 BY AUDREY OSCHMANN
to divide property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 11, 1991
WHEREAS, This land division will create parcels 1,2,3 & 4 of a
previously approved 7 lot: land division sketch, and
with that sketch except t.hat parcel which has been re-configured
be more consistent with parcels 2,3, & 4.
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been drawn in accordance
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map creating parcels 1,2,3 & 4 of the property
located in the NE 114 of Section 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE:D, That approval of the certified survey
map is subject to approval from the city engineers, payment of all
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance, approval of a
developer’s agreement and letter of credit for the extension of
the roadway and sanitary sewer.
