LOCATED IN THE NE: 1/4 OF SECTION 5 FOR TOM FERGUSON
AMENDED
to divide the Thomas Ferguson property located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 11, 1991
WHEREAS, This land division will create parcels 3, 4 & 5 of a
5 parcel land division which was approved in sketch form in
Resolution #P.C. 11-91, and
with that approved sketch. and indicates a 20’ and 30’ sanitary
sewer easement, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been drawn in accordance
WHEREAS, The sketch indicated a road dedication to the City of
Muskego intended to be vacated, and
WHEREAS, Common Council Resolution #101-91 vacates that
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for Parcels 3, 4 h 5 for Tom Ferguson.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to
approval from the city engineers and payment of all fees in
easement be provided to service the two lots on Hillendale that
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and that a sewer
adjoin Parcels 4 & 5.
