LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 FOR TOM FERGUSON
AMENDED
to divide the Thomas Ferguson property located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 11, 1991
WHEREAS, This land division will create parcels 1 and 2 of a 5
parcel land division which was approved in sketch form in
Resolution #P.C. 11-91, and
with that approved sketch and indicates a 20' sanitary sewer
easement, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been drawn in accordance

THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the

approval from the city engineers and payment of all fees in
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE:D, That this approval is subject to the
public hearing requirements being met and a sewer easement being
provided to service parcel 2 of CSM 5919.
