WHEREAS, Mr. Robert IUenz has submitted a sketch for a land
division located in the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, This 2.94 acre site is intended to be divided into
two parcels of land, and
WHEREAS, These parce1.s will meet the RS-2 zoning district
requirements for minimum average width and lot size, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing creek identified meandering
through both of the properties which may require a drainage
easement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
sketch land division for Robert Klenz for property located in the
SE 1/4 of Section 10 and would be receptive to a certified survey
map.
