WHEREAS, A sketch ha:$ been submitted to divide a lot addressed
as W138 S7022 Sherwood Circle, and
WHEREAS, This lot was created from a certified survey map
division in 1973, and
WHEREAS, This is a double frontage lot with access to both
Tess Corners Drive and Sherwood Circle and as a condition of the
original platting, it was indicated that the driveway shall be
extended to Sherwood Circle instead of Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create a portion
with frontage on Tess Corners Drive and would create two lots at
approximately 17,000 square feet each, and
WHEREAS, The RS-2 zone district provides that lots shall be a
minimum of 20,000 square feet in size, and
WHEREAS, The applicant is requesting the Plan Commission grant
a 15% variance in lot size, and

WHEREAS, The lots ad:joining to the east and west of this
property exceed 20,000 square feet in lot area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVD, That the Plan Commission
approve/disapprove the sketch land division for the property
addressed as W138 57022 Sherwood Circle.
