PCR1991105APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR COUNTRY BROOK RESOLUTION #P.C. 105-91 DON MILLER TO DIVIDE PROPERTY IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 AMENDED Miller on May 21, to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 16, WHEREAS, A revised preliminary plat has been submitted by Don and approved in PC69-91, and WHEREAS, A sketch was reviewed by the Plan Commission and WHEREAS, The revised preliminary plat now indicates a new due to the Dam Burst Flood Study, and arrangement of lots fronting on the creek which have been enlarged WHEREAS, The revised plat also shows the removal of two lots along Woods Road as requested by the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, The revised preliminary plat indicates that the area reserved for open space has been moved by incorporating it into the adjoining lots. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the revised preliminary plat for Don Miller for property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 16.
