DON MILLER TO DIVIDE PROPERTY IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16
AMENDED
Miller on May 21, to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 16,
WHEREAS, A revised preliminary plat has been submitted by Don
and
approved in PC69-91, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was reviewed by the Plan Commission and
WHEREAS, The revised preliminary plat now indicates a new

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
revised preliminary plat for Don Miller for property located in
the SE 1/4 of Section 16.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval of the preliminary plat
is subject to payment of the engineering fees, satisfaction of
objecting agencies concerns, a plan be submitted in conjunction
with the final plat that shows the berms along Woods Road and that
placed in the developer’s deed restrictions.
