WHEREAS, Application has been received by United Auto Body for
an expansion of a conditional use to sell vehicles at an existing
auto repair business, and
WHEREAS, It is intended to sell 5 - 10 vehicles and for them
to be parked on an existing parking area located to the west of
their present building, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 8-4 which allows the sale of
automobiles with a conditional use grant approval, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
expansion of a conditional use grant #71 to sell vehicles at the
