WHEREAS, There is an existing 60' right of way dedication of
the extension of Skylark Lane to Tess Corners Road, and
WHEREAS, These lots are intended to be sewered by the City of
Franklin, and
WHEREAS, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) has
approved the City of Franklin extending sewers to the property and
the method of financially purchasing the capacity.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the

Utilities Committees.
