HIDDEN HARBOR IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 12
TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, A revised extraterritorial 46 lot preliminary plat
for Hidden Harbor in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of
Waterford was submitted on May 29, 1991, and
WHEREAS, The revised preliminary plat has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego must review all extraterritorial
preliminary plats,
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved a 54 lot preliminary plat
for Hidden Harbor on September 13, 1988.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
revised preliminary plat for Hidden Harbor in the SW 1/4 of
Section 12 of the Town of Waterford subject to the submittal of
the application fee.
