WHEREAS, A sketch was: submitted on May 28, 1991 to divide a
4.8 acre parcel located i.n the SW 1/4 of Section 24, and
Boxhorn Drive and Ryan Drive and be dimensioned 220' x 955', and
WHEREAS, The property would be located at the intersection of
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2/S/W, and
WHEREAS, The lot would meet the requirements for the zone
district and would pr0vid.e a buildable area outside of the
wetlands.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
4.8 acre land division in the SW 114 of Section 24 and be
receptive to a certified survey map subject to a favorable perc
test.
