DISPOSE OF ADDITIONAL WASTE MATERIALS INTO THEIR LANDFILL SITE
AND EXTENSION OF OPERATING HOURS FOR FUTURE PARKLAND
DEVELOPMENT, INC. ADDRESSED AS W124 S10391 124th STREET

Rutkowski of Future Parkland Development, Inc. addressed as W124 WHEREAS, A petition h.as been submitted by Mr. Thomas J.
S10391 124th Street for the expansion of their conditional use
grant #96 to dispose of additional waste materials into their
landfill site, and
WHEREAS, The request also proposes to extend their Saturday
operating hours from 7:OO AM to 5 PM during the time of the
proposed construction of the new cell, and
WHEREAS, The city has received a copy of the Department of
Natural Resources review of this proposal, and
WHEREAS, The DNR has indicated approval of the project subject
to the DNR's solid waste investigation being conducted prior to
the disposal of any petroleum contaminated soil into the landfill,
and
not increase the overall licensed volume of the landfill.
WHEREAS, The new materials disposed of in the landfill will
expansion of Future Parkland Development, Inc., Conditional Use
Grant #96 for the disposal of nine (9) additional waste materials
and the extension of Saturday hours from 7:OO AM to 5:OO PM during
the construction period of the new cell.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Plan Commission
