WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted by Metropolitan
Engineering to divide the! Oschmann property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 15, and
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The property is adjoining the Aud-Mar Estates
WHEREAS, It is intended to divide the property by two
certified survey maps, and
WHEREAS, The land division will result in seven (7) lots with
a proposed extension of Ladwig Drive, and
WHEREAS, All the lots are intended to be sewered and they will
meet the RS-3/0LR zoning district requirements for lot size, and
to allow single family lots with an extension of Ladwig Drive.
WHEREAS, This property was reviewed in 1985 for land division
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
