engineers to subdivide property in the Muskego Industrial Park
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been drawn by the city
into two lots, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 is int.ended to be occupied by Custom Wire
Assemblies, and
WHEREAS, Both lots meet the zoning district requirements for
lots size and setbacks, a.nd
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved an exchange of property
in Resolution 129-91 on M:ay 4, 1991, which facilitated the
relocation of Custom Wire Assemblies to this proposed Lot 1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Wire Assemblies.
