PCR1991097APPROVAL OF LAND DIV1:SION SKETCH IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 10 RE23OLUTION #P.C. 97-91 C. ZILLIG AMENDED WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted by Mr. C. Zillig for a proposed certified survey map land division located in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, and WHEREAS, This land di.vision would divide a part of the new Pick 'n Save property, and WHEREAS, This lot wou.ld adjoin the west side of the existing Pick 'n Save building andl would have a 135' road frontage and encompass a portion of the existing front parking lot and include the Lannon Road entrance, and WHEREAS, As part of the rezoning of the'Pick 'n Save property in 1988, a site plan was approved in concept which shows future building additions on the east and west side of the existing Pick 'n Save store, and WHEREAS, This land division is being requested to develop in accordance with the approved site plan, and WHEREAS, Section 2.5 of the Muskego Land Division Ordinance allows the Plan Commission to waive the setback requirements in situations where they deem that it would be inappropriate to apply literally. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for the land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 and would be receptive to a certified survey map for the property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the property owner providing a third traffic lane (de-acceleration) from his entrance to Janesville Road; the owner is further required to fund an engineering report to estimate the cost of deciding the implementation of the project. design and construction of the property with the Finance Committee Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted s--d./- 81 Defeated Deferred cds 5/17/91
