NW 1/4 OF SECTION 31 FOR HAUT PROPERTY BY R.J. KAEREK h ASSOCIATES
submitted on May 21, 199:L by R.J. Kaerek 6 Associates for a 95 lot
land division in the NW :L/4 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Denoon Point Estates was
WHEREAS, An approval of a former sketch for this property was
deferred in June 1989 in PC106-89 in order that the Parks
Department may review a five acre dedication to the city for parks
purposes and in lieu of park fees, and also to determine the
possibility of connecting by an easement Lake Meadows with^
undeveloped land in the :;E corner of Crowbar and Kelsey with
sewer, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat no longer indicates a proposed
park dedication nor easement, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat adds an additional nine (9) lots
to the previously reviewed sketch with the interior road layout
remaining substantially the same, and
WHEREAS, The lots arc? intended to be sewered and meet the RS-2
zone district requirements for lot size.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Preliminary Plat for Denoon Point Estates by R.J. Kaerek for the
Haut property in the NW 3./4 of Section 31 subject to the
consideration of the concerns of the approving agencies and
the City Engineers and the Public Works Committee. subject to approval of the storm drainage plans being approved by
Plan Commission
