WIRE ASSEMBLY, INC. IN MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, A revised building, site and operation plan has been
submitted for Custom Wire Assembly, Inc. in the Muskego Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, Custom Wire is proposing to relocate their
manufacturing building to a property east of their former proposed
site, and
PC41-91, and
WHEREAS, The site plan €or their previous site was approved in
WHEREAS, The new site plan will show three driveway entrances
onto Saturn Drive.
WHEREAS, The building will be relocated on the site such that
the office area faces east, and
change, and
WHEREAS, The remainin.9 portion of the site plan will not
WHEREAS, The dimensions of the building and architectural
construction will remain the same.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
new proposed location in the Muskego Industrial Park.
