stand on the property of Gene's Club Durham at S98 W12532 Loomis
Road, and
WHEREAS, It is propos:ed to place a tent enclosing a fireworks
WHEREAS, The applicant will locate a sign of 8 square feet in
size on the tent, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be used to sell fireworks, and
WHEREAS, The tent will not be located within the road
Right-of-way, and
1991, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be in operation from June 14 to July 9,
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 8:OO
P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
tent with 8 square feet of signage to be located at 598 W12532
Loomis Road subject to the above conditions.
