LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING CE:NTER AND PICK ‘N SAVE FOR S. MANKARIOUS
locate temporary signs and stands advertising the sale of
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Sam Mankarious to
WHEREAS, Two of the signs are freestanding and one will be a
wall sign (banner), and
WHEREAS, One freestan.ding sign and one outdoor sign on the
stand will be located in the Lincoln Point Shopping Center in the
parking lot near the entrance, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation, size of stand and dimensions
of signage, as well as conditions for approval will remain the
same as those granted in P.C. 23-90 with hours of operation from
1O:OO A.M. to 10:OO P.M. and signs and stands will be up from June
10, 1991 until July 10, 1991, and
WHEREAS, It is intended to install a banner on the wall
outside above Pick ‘n Save’s entrance and to locate a freestanding
and
sign in the parking lot in the same location as a previous year,
WHEREAS, The stand will be located inside the Pick ‘n Save
store with same conditions in P.C. 24-90, with hours of operation
from 1O:OO A.M. to 12:OO P.M. and signs and stands will be up from
June 10, 1991 until July 10, 1991 subject to approval from the
Fire Department.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
requests for temporary signs and stands for Lincoln Point Shopping
Center and Pick ‘n Save for fireworks sales for S. Mankarious
subject to the above conditions.
