APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORARY SIGNS - ONE LOCATED ON LOT 11 OR 12 OF
KAEREK BUILDERS
AMENDED
SQUIRE GLEN ESTATES & THE: OTHER ON LOT 76 IN DENOON POINT ESTATES
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Kaerek Builders for
two temporary non-illuminated signs, and
WHEREAS, One sign wi1.l be located on Lot 11 or Lot 12 of
Squire Glen Estates Subdivision and the other located on Lot 76 in
Denoon Point Estates, andl
WHEREAS, The signs will be 6' x 12' painted plywood and
freestanding, and
WHEREAS, They will advertise lots for sale within the
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, They will be located outside of the road Right-of-way.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve two
temporary signs for a 6 month period for Kaerek Builders at the
above mentioned locations.
