WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to divide

WHEREAS, Presently th.ere is an existing access easement
that both parcels will continue to maintain access to Denoon Road.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to re-design the access easement such
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL#VED, That the Plan Commission recommend
approval to the Common Council for the certified survey map two
lot land division located in the SE 1/4 of Section 31 subject to
receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
