APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP-MICHAEL BRUCE, SW 1/4 SECTION 7
Michael Bruce for a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted by Mr.
WHEREAS, This land division is a re-division of a former
certified survey mapping approved in February of 1988 by
Resolution #P.C. 20-88, and
WHEREAS, This re-divi.sion does not create any additional
parcels but re-designs parcels 1 and 4 of the previous platting,
and
WHEREAS, The newly designed parcels meet the zoning
requirements for size and average width.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the
land division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
