R. KNUDSEN
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for an extension of a
temporary sign and a 2' x 2' addition to the sign located at 573
W16750 Janesville Road, and
1990 and was granted another 6 month extension which has now
expired, and
WHEREAS, The original 4' x 8' sign was permitted on April 17,
WHEREAS, Section 17.6.09(12)C of the zoning ordinance allows
the Plan Commission to continue granting extensions for such signs
in 6 month extensions until such time as 75% of the development
has occurred, and
WHEREAS, No development has taken place as yet and the sign is
still required to advertise the site.
