RE;SOLUTION #P.C. 83-91
BY AMENDING CHAPTI'ER 18 OF THE LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A request has been made from the Finance Committee to
increase the Park Dedication Fee which is required by the city's
Land Division Ordinance Chapter 18, Section 2.3, and
WHEREAS, The Parks Director has reviewed the fee structure of
other communities, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing will be necessary to amend this
section of the Land Division Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The current fee is $200 per lot or residential unit
and the Finance Committee has recommended that the fee be
increased to $400, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission recommend
approval to increase the Park Dedication fee from $200 to $400.
