APPROVAL OF ROAD DEDICATION ON ENTERPRISE DRIVE
ANDERSON/DEBACK
AMENDED
WHEREAS, Mr. Craig Anderson is petitioning the City of Muskego
to rezone a 10 acre vacant parcel to 1-1, and
WHEREAS, The parcel is adjacent to Phase 111 Addition to the
Muskego Industrial Park, and
Drive to the west, and
WHEREAS, There is the possibility of extending Enterprise
order to allow future industrial expansion to the west of this
property.
WHEREAS, It may be necessary to require a road dedication in
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission amrove the
60'road dedication for th.e 16 acre parcel located in the-& 1/4 of
Section 17.
