RESOLUTION #P.C. 80-91
SUBDIVISION IN THE TOWN OF NORWAY-SECTION 16
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Wind Crest Subdivision in
Section 16 in the Town of Norway was submitted on April 17, 1991,
and
WHEREAS, It is located within the jurisdiction of the
extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, There will be thirty-three (33) lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
preliminary plat for Wind Crest Subdivision in Section 16 in the
Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council
subject to all fees being paid.
